TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement and the subsequent related contracts relate to the transportation and supply of electricity within the ENEDIS territory for the individual needs of each member, including the following services: - the complete supply of electricity at the delivery points of the group members, - coverage of obligations associated with capacity guarantees, - the role of balance manager associated with electricity consumption at the delivery points of the members, in accordance with Article L. 321-15 of the Energy Code; - access to and use of public transport and distribution networks (within the framework of a single contract); - ancillary services related to the missions of Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) compiled in the catalog of services of these DNOs; - all services defined in the Particular Specifications and in the Specific Clauses Booklet (SCB) of the relevant subsequent contract.
