TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement and the related subsequent contracts are intended for the transmission and supply of electricity in the ENEDIS territory for the internal needs of each member, including the following services: - full supply of electricity at the delivery points of the grouping members, - coverage of obligations associated with capacity guarantees, - the role of balancing responsible associated with the electricity consumption of the members' delivery points, in accordance with Article L. 321-15 of the Energy Code; - access to and use of public transmission and distribution networks (within the framework of a single contract); - ancillary services related to the missions of the Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) gathered in the services catalogue of these DNOs; - all services defined in the contract specifications (CCP) and the Special Conditions (CCS) of the relevant subsequent contract.
