TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement and the subsequent related contracts are intended for the transmission and supply of electricity on ENEDIS territory for the own needs of each member, including the following services: - full supply of electricity at the delivery points of the members of the group, - coverage of obligations related to capacity guarantees, - the role of balance manager associated with electricity consumption at the delivery points of the members, in accordance with article L. 321-15 of the Energy Code; - access to public transport and distribution networks and their use (within the framework of a single contract); - ancillary services related to the missions of Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) collected in the catalogue of services of these DNOs; - all services defined in the Special Contract Specifications (SCC) and the Specific Clauses Booklet (CCP) of the relevant subsequent contract.
