TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procedure is to: - purchase X-ray equipment with a large tunnel, with all related accessories, including transport, installation, commissioning and testing - a centralized software and hardware management platform for the X-ray equipment (server, software system licenses, installation and configuration) - provision of training services for operation, administration and maintenance of the equipment - maintenance and repairs during the warranty and post-warranty period, with ensuring an operational stock of spare parts The maximum estimated value of the framework agreement is 3,786,156 euro, excluding VAT The minimum estimated value of the framework agreement is 1,608,288 euro, excluding VAT The maximum estimated value of the subsequent contract is 1,608,288 euro, excluding VAT. Subsequent contracts will be concluded depending on the needs of the contracting entity. The duration of the subsequent contract is maximum 52 months, a period that includes the delivery, installation and commissioning term (maximum 90 days), acceptance and receipt tests (maximum 30 days) and the warranty and post-warranty period.
