TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the procurement consists of implementing an RPA - Robotic Process Automation and AI solution within the public administration of the Municipality of Blaj, in a context where digitalization is essential to improve the quality of public services and to meet the growing expectations of citizens and companies. The contractor must provide complete services including analysis, development, testing, user training, and monitoring of the operation of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) type solutions. Provision of RPA software solutions: Robotic Process Automation, graphical interfaces – CRM type, AI: generative models. The RPA solution will be developed and implemented on the robot infrastructure installed at the headquarters of the Municipality of Blaj.
