TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the implementation of an RPA - Robotic Process Automation and AI type solution within the public administration of the Municipality of Blaj, in a context in which digitisation is essential to improve the quality of public services and meet the growing expectations of citizens and companies. The provider must supply complete services that include analysis, development, testing, user training and monitoring of the operation of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) solutions. Provision of RPA software solutions: Robotic Process Automation, Graphical Interfaces – of the CRM type, AI: generative models. The RPA solution will be developed and implemented on the robot infrastructure installed at the headquarters of the Municipality Hall of the Municipality of Blaj.
