TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract's subject consists of the procurement of road safety elements (road signs, guardrails, road markings) necessary for organizing transport flows in order to increase the capacity of infrastructure, safety, and efficiency of border crossing services at the common RO/MD/UA road BCP Galați/Giurgiulești/Reni, in accordance with the provisions of the Specifications and the legislation in the field. The description of the products is available in the Specifications. Attached to the Tender Documentation, all documents necessary for preparing the offer are found. In accordance with the provisions of art. 221 of Law 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions, and respecting the provisions of the Supply Contract, possible changes that may occur during the contract execution period relate to the following, without being limited to these: changes of the contracting parties; contract duration; product delivery time; verification and acceptance; subcontractors. Changes will be made after signing the contract, according to the contractual provisions, only if they do not represent substantial modifications within the meaning of art. 221 para.
