TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is the acquisition of the execution of works and equipment for the investment objective “Vacation for the soul in Teleorman”, an investment through which the aim is the preservation, restoration and sustainable enhancement of the historic monument, as well as the functional and landscaped improvement of its enclosure. The interventions on building body C1 — historic monument — aim to secure the structure and restore it, while respecting its architectural and historical character and value. The works will mainly include consolidation and repair interventions on structural elements, works on foundations and masonry, interventions on the towers and the portico, restoration of the roof covering and the timber framing, restoration of the façades and reinstatement of interior finishes and flooring, as well as carrying out works related to the sidewalks and perimeter gutters. By carrying out the investment, the aim is the preservation, restoration and enhancement of the cultural heritage represented by the historic monument, as well as improving the operating, access and visiting conditions of the ensemble.
