TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the conclusion by ONAC of a centralised framework agreement for the supply of stationery and office supplies, on behalf of and for the Users provided in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference – List of users. Depending on the level of performance of the centralised framework agreement, as well as on the situations that may arise during its period of validity, Users registered in the Users Register and not mentioned in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference – List of users may request access to the centralised framework agreement only with ONAC’s agreement and exclusively subject to compliance with the conditions provided in the award documentation and in the centralised framework agreement. The products that are the subject of Lot 1, as well as the related technical specifications, are provided in Annex No. 3 to the Terms of Reference – Technical specifications for products.
