TENDER DESCRIPTION

Carrying out the investment for the objective MODERNIZATION, EXPANSION AND EQUIPMENT FOR PITICOT KINDERGARTEN, ALEEA TOMIS NO. 2, MUNICIPIUL DEJ proposes modernization, expansion, equipment and protection against climate change measures by expanding the kindergarten vertically and horizontally, thermal-insulating its envelope including replacing the joinery, improving the efficiency of the installations, arranging the outdoor yard, and providing it with furniture and equipment. The construction falls under CATEGORY “C” OF IMPORTANCE (according to H.G.R. no. 766/1997), CLASS “II” OF IMPORTANCE (according to the P100/2013 Technical Standard) and FIRE RESISTANCE LEVEL “II”, LOW FIRE RISK. The execution period for the works: 24 months from the date of issuance of the order to commence the works. The requested guarantee period for the works/services is at least 36 months.
