Procurement of public transport vehicles - trolleybuses The supply contract covers: - The purchase of 2 new trolleybuses of approximately 12 meters – minimum 11.5m – maximum 12.5m, The trolleybuses are non-articulated, new, with a low floor (fully lowered floor), facilities for unlimited access for persons with reduced mobility (ramp – kneeling), without upper deck, CE bodywork, in accordance with Directive 2007/46/EC, Law on local public transport services no. 92/2007, with subsequent amendments and completions, powered by alternating current with power electronics, with microprocessor control, command, parameterization and diagnostics, with energy recovery and storage during braking, and with a maximum operating speed limited by an adjustable speed limiter device DLV at 55 km/h, intended for urban passenger transport. The Specifications refer to the technical and quality conditions that the trolleybuses must meet to be registered for their use on public roads in Romania.
