The frequency of awarding subsequent contracts depends on the contracting authority’s needs and on the availability of the funds required for the procurement. The quantity forming the subject of the framework agreement is at least 500.000 doses of combined diphtheria – tetanus - acellular pertussis (dTPa) vaccine, respectively a maximum of 850.000 doses of combined diphtheria – tetanus - acellular pertussis (dTPa) vaccine. The quantity that could form the subject of a subsequent contract is at least 125.000 doses, and the maximum quantity is 200.000 doses. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 31.258.000,00 lei excluding VAT Response time of the authority to requests for clarification / additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
