TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract consists in the supply, transport and installation of LED light-emitting devices for signalling curves and dangerous sections, required for national roads and motorways under the administration of C.N.A.I.R. S.A. The product description is available in the Specifications (Caietul de sarcini). Attached to the Award Documentation, all documents necessary for drawing up the bid are included. The minimum and maximum estimated quantities during the framework agreement period, as well as for each subsequent contract (Year I, Year II, Year III, Year IV) are in accordance with Annex 1 to the Specifications. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract expected to be awarded during the framework agreement period: 12.240.000 lei excluding VAT. The Contracting Authority estimates that, based on the framework agreement, at least 8 subsequent contracts will be concluded, with a minimum frequency of 2 subsequent contracts per year.
