TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract consists in the supply, transport and installation of LED light devices for signalling bends and dangerous sections, required for national roads and motorways under the administration of C.N.A.I.R. S.A. The product description is available in the Technical Specifications (Caietul de sarcini). Attached to the award documentation, all documents necessary for the preparation of the tender are included. The minimum and maximum quantities estimated for the duration of the framework agreement, as well as for each subsequent contract (Year I, Year II, Year III, Year IV) are in accordance with Annex 1 to the Technical Specifications. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract that is anticipated to be awarded during the term of the framework agreement: 12,240,000 lei excluding VAT. The Contracting Authority estimates that, under the framework agreement, at least 8 subsequent contracts will be concluded, with a frequency of at least 2 subsequent contracts per year.
