TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract consists in the supply, transport and installation of LED light devices for signalling bends and hazardous sections, required for national roads and motorways under the administration of C.N.A.I.R. S.A. The product description is available in the Specifications. Attached to the Award Documentation, all documents necessary for preparing the offer can be found. The minimum and maximum quantities estimated over the duration of the framework agreement, as well as for each subsequent contract (Year I, Year II, Year III, Year IV) are in accordance with Annex 1 to the Specifications. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract that is expected to be awarded during the term of the framework agreement: 12,240,000 lei, excluding T.V.A. The Contracting Authority estimates that under the framework agreement at least 8 subsequent contracts will be concluded, with a frequency of at least 2 subsequent contracts per year.
