TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract: the supply of 1 cpl. – A.T.V. (All Terrain Vehicle) for the purpose of implementing the project “Smart cross-border resilience in emergency situations” funded under the INTERREG IPA Romania-Serbia 2021-2027 programme and delivering it to the contracting authority’s headquarters (UM 0435 Reșița). The ATV proposed for purchase is necessary for access to areas that are difficult to reach (forests, mountainous or riverside areas), where conventional special vehicles cannot intervene effectively. It will be used in particular for patrol activities, emergency intervention and on-site land inspection within cross-border activities, being an essential tool in the missions carried out in partnership. Interested economic operators may request clarifications/additional information up to the 18th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond, clearly and competently, to all requests for clarification/additional information up to the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
