The subject matter of the procurement in this lot consists in the supply of parts for steering systems and front steering axles of MENARINI buses in RATBV S.A.’s fleet, necessary for carrying out vehicle maintenance and repair activities. The procurement is necessary to ensure the parts used for maintaining and repairing buses in RATBV S.A.’s fleet. The anticipated benefits are: reducing the periods during which buses are immobilised; maintaining the availability of the fleet needed to carry out the transport programme; ensuring continuity of the public transport service; keeping the vehicles in appropriate operating and safety conditions; reducing the risk of delays in carrying out repairs due to the lack of the required parts. The technical diversity of the fleet requires the continuous provision of parts appropriate to each type of vehicle.
