TENDER DESCRIPTION

Contract object: the supply of portable GPS – 10 cpl. and their delivery to the headquarters of the contracting authority (U.M. 0716 Baia Mare). Following the assessment at the level of the Maramureș County Inspectorate of Gendarmerie of the level of equipment and intervention capacity in the field of protecting natural biodiversity, it was found necessary to purchase certain specific equipment and means for carrying out missions safely by the personnel of the Maramureș County Inspectorate of Gendarmerie, in order to achieve the objective of strengthening the protection and conservation of nature, biodiversity, green infrastructure, and forestry in the cross-border Romanian-Ukrainian area. Economic operators interested may request clarifications/additional information up to the 18th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond, clearly and competently, to all requests for clarification/additional information 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
