TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement consists of an advanced X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) system, capable of performing fully automated multi-technique analyses, including both high-resolution XPS and complementary techniques for surface and interface characterization. The XPS system must be capable of producing topographic images, analysis of atomic and chemical composition, and porosity assessment, for advanced applications in membrane–electrode assemblies (MEA), catalysts, PEM membranes, and gas diffusion layers for fuel cells and electrolyzers.
