TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of Arthroscopy Tower (minimum 1 unit - 1 subsequent contract / maximum 2 units - 2 subsequent contracts) - Framework Agreement concluded with a single economic operator, to be carried out for a period of 12 months, during which 1 maximum 2 subsequent contracts will be awarded, without re-tendering, as follows: The first subsequent contract will be concluded together with the Framework Agreement with the procedure winner at the price from the tender offer for the Arthroscopy Tower = 1 unit. The second subsequent contract will be concluded with the signatory of the Framework Agreement at the tendered price for the Arthroscopy Tower = 1 unit, in month 6 of the Framework Agreement. Activities under the subsequent contracts: Supply of equipment with onsite installation and commissioning, training of beneficiary personnel for use (minimum 3 / maximum 5 persons); ensuring warranty services - repair activities, maintenance and upkeep of the equipment, ensuring permanent technical support.
