TENDER DESCRIPTION

The main subject of the procurement is the joint acquisition, through an association agreement, of 10 new hybrid articulated buses intended for urban passenger transport, for the purpose of modernising the fleet, increasing transport capacity on the busiest trunk routes, ensuring a high level of comfort and safety for passengers, as well as reducing environmental impact by aligning with strict environmental standards (Euro VI). The award procedure will be concluded with the signing of a sectoral framework agreement with a single economic operator for a duration of 48 months (4 years). Its implementation will be carried out in stages, by awarding subsequent contracts, depending on the Contracting Entity’s operational needs and the budget allocations available. Quantity of the products forming the subject matter of the framework agreement: - Estimated minimum quantity for the entire duration of the framework agreement: 1 unit. - Estimated maximum quantity for the entire duration of the framework agreement: 10 units.
