TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this centralised procurement procedure is the conclusion by ONAC of a centralised framework agreement for the supply of A4 and A3 paper for photocopiers and xerographic machines, on behalf of and for the main users registered in the users register and the secondary users, who submitted their requirements and who are mentioned in Appendix No. 1 to the specifications. For Lot 1, the products and the corresponding technical specifications are provided in the specifications, and the estimated minimum and maximum quantities (both at the level of the centralised framework agreement and at the level of a subsequent contract) are set out in Appendix No. 2 – List of quantities. Estimated values of subsequent contracts (Lot 1): Estimated minimum value of a subsequent contract: 34.40 euro excluding VAT; Estimated maximum value of a subsequent contract: 109.224,00 euro excluding VAT.
