TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract consists in the delivery of the content of 1,700 tonnes of light fuel oil with a sulphur content of maximum 1%, with the physical-chemical characteristics provided for in the specifications, to the delivery locations CT Gurabarza Depot in the locality of Crișcior, Uzinei Street, no. 1, Hunedoara County and Brad Depot in the locality of Brad, Vânătorilor Street, no. FN, for the period 15 January 2027 - 31 March 2027. The contracting authority shall respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The number of days within which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 20 days.
