TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality of Targoviste signed the Funding Contract no. 220426 / 03.10.2025, registered with the Municipality of Targoviste under no. 113850/22.10.2025 within the ,,Program for energy efficiency and renewable energy’’, Thematic area ,,Energy efficiency and renewable energy’’ from the Swiss-Romanian cooperation programme aiming at reducing economic and social disparities within the European Union’’ The objective is intended to address the price of public utilities (electricity, natural gas, fuel), which in the last period has been continuously increasing; as a consequence, difficulties have arisen in financing current activities, as well as in managing the price of public utilities. Therefore, it is intended to reduce expenses for utilities and to decrease the level of pollution of air, soil and waters, all of which contribute to improving the quality of life of residents. The positive effect expected from achieving the investment objective would lead to lower operating costs, having a positive impact on budgetary management by the UAT Municipality of Targoviste.
