TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality of Târgovişte signed the Funding Contract no. 220426 / 03.10.2025, registered with the Municipality of Târgovişte under no. 113850/22.10.2025 within the ,,Programme for energy efficiency and renewable energy’’, Thematic area ,,Energy efficiency and renewable energy’’ of the Swiss-Romanian cooperation programme aimed at reducing economic and social disparities within the European Union’’ The objective concerns the price of public utilities (electricity, natural gas, fuel), which in the last period has been increasing continuously; consequently, difficulties have been recorded in financing current activity as well as in managing the price of public utilities. Therefore, it is intended to reduce the expenses for utilities and to decrease the degree of pollution of air, soil and water, all of which contribute to improving the quality of life of residents. The positive effect expected from the achievement of the investment objective would lead to lower operating costs, having a positive impact on budget management by the Municipality of Târgovişte (UAT Municipiul Targoviste).
