TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality of Targoviste signed the Funding Contract no. 220426 / 03.10.2025, registered with the Municipality of Targoviste under no. 113850/22.10.2025, within the ,,Program for energy efficiency and renewable energy’’, Thematic area ,,Energy efficiency and renewable energy’’ from the Swiss-Romanian cooperation programme aimed at reducing economic and social disparities within the European Union’’ The objective takes into account the price of public utilities (electricity, natural gas, fuel), which in the last period has been continuously increasing; as a result, difficulties have arisen in financing current activities, as well as in managing the price of public utilities. Therefore, the aim is to reduce expenses for utilities and lower the level of pollution of the air, soil and waters, all of which contribute to improving the quality of life of residents. The expected positive effect from achieving the investment objective would lead to a reduction in its operating costs, having a positive impact on budget management by the Municipality of Targoviste as the UAT.
