TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement involves the provision of site management/supervision services both concerning activities related to the execution of works on DJ 156A Bacău county border – Tazlău - Roznov – Căciulești – Dobreni, km 21+700-64+140 (L=42.440 km), as well as activities related to the execution of works on DJ 208G Hanu Ancutei – Girov, km 30+238 – 57+253 (L=27.015 km), the appointed supervisor being fully responsible for providing the site management/supervision services for the execution of works on both aforementioned county roads, as well as activities related to utility relocations. The supervisor shall carry out all activities so as to avoid any grounds for claims that may arise between the Beneficiary and the Contractor.
