TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement consists in providing site management/supervision services both regarding the activities related to the execution of works on DJ 156A county border Bacău – Tazlău – Roznov – Căciulești – Dobreni, km 21+700-64+140 (L=42.440 km), as well as activities related to the execution of works on DJ 208G Hanu Ancutei – Girov, km 30+238 – 57+253 (L=27.015 km), the appointed supervisor being fully responsible for providing site management/supervision services for the execution of works on both aforementioned county roads, as well as for activities related to utility relocations. The supervisor will carry out all activities with the aim of avoiding any grounds for claims that could arise between the Beneficiary and the Contractor.
