TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the purchase of 5 N1 4x4 utility vans for the modernisation of the vehicle fleet of RPLP Piatra Craiului RA Zărnești, in accordance with the quantities and technical specifications in the specifications/terms of reference. Lot 1: Purchase of 2 (two) Pick-up utility vans, 4x4, with N1 bodywork, with a total estimated value of 345,182 RON (excluding VAT), i.e. 172,591 RON (excluding VAT) per unit; this value includes all cost elements (supply, transport, commissioning, user training, authorisations, approvals, taxes, etc.) related to the fulfilment of the supply contract. The requested vehicles will be brand new, manufactured in 2025 or 2026, unused, delivered under the conditions established by the award documentation and by the public procurement contract, with compliance with all applicable technical, safety, type-approval and environmental requirements. The requirements set out in the specifications/terms of reference represent mandatory minimum requirements.
