TENDER DESCRIPTION

EDILITARY ARRANGEMENT S5 S.A. initiates the procurement procedure in order to carry out the activities necessary to ensure the arrangement, maintenance and modernization of green areas, including public parks and gardens, sports grounds, leisure areas and playground areas for children managed by the Local Council of District 5. Thus, pursuant to Contract No. 180/218420/30.09.2024, EDILITARY ARRANGEMENT S5 S.A. undertook to provide all operations necessary for the maintenance, modernization and arrangement of the green areas, parks and public gardens, sports grounds, leisure areas and children’s playground areas managed by the Local Council of District 5, in accordance with the provisions of the Specifications drawn up by the contracting authority. The operations mentioned in the paragraph above are carried out by the contracting party, in accordance with the work schedules and the order notes transmitted for this purpose by the contracting authority.
