TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the conclusion of a supply framework agreement having as its object: Supply and installation – urban furniture elements in the Municipality of Brașov, by applying the open tender procedure in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions. The main requested activities include, without being limited to: Supplying and transporting to the locations indicated by the contracting authority within the Municipality of Brașov new urban furniture elements (benches, waste bins, planters, chess sets, cigarette ashtrays and similar); Works and specific installation operations, anchoring and attaching/fixing in the ground (with expansion anchors, clamps, threaded rods or foundation/placement, as applicable) of urban furniture elements; Information and technical conditions regarding materials: delivery of products made of ductile cast iron, steel, treated wood (with FSC certification or equivalent) and structures made of reinforced concrete/granite mosaic or reinforced marble, provided with anti-corrosion protection in accordance with applicable standards; Marking and protecting the…
