TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the purchase is the conclusion of a supply framework agreement having as its object: Supply and installation – urban furniture elements in the Municipality of Brașov, by applying the open tender procedure in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions. The main requested activities include, without being limited to: - Providing and transporting to the locations indicated by the contracting authority within the Municipality of Brașov the new urban furniture elements (benches, waste bins, planters, chess sets, cigarette bins and similar); - Work and specific installation operations, anchoring and attaching/fixing in the ground (with expansion anchors, clamps/brackets, threaded rods or groundworks/placement, as applicable) of the urban furniture elements; - Information and technical conditions regarding the materials: delivery of products made of ductile cast iron, steel, treated wood (with FSC certification or equivalent) and structures made of concrete/granite mosaic or reinforced marble, provided with anti-corrosion protection in accordance with the applicable standards; - Signage and protection…
