TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of biomarkers for cardiac pathologies and for the diagnosis of sepsis in the quantities and under the conditions set out in the Specifications. In addition to the delivery of reagent kits and the dedicated consumables required to carry out the tests, it is also necessary to provide, free of charge, throughout the duration of the framework agreement/subsequent contracts, the analyzers on which the laboratory tests will be performed. Pursuant to Article 160 paragraph (2) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement (as amended by Emergency Government Ordinance no. 107/2017), in conjunction with the provisions of Article 27 of Government Decision no. 395/2016, the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications (if these were received within the time limit) on the 11th day before the deadline set for submitting bids in the Participation Notice. Number of days within which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submitting bids: 18 days.
