At the same time, the hospital plays a strategic role in the healthcare network in the Moldova region, being a hub of excellence in neurosurgery and an important training center for specialized medical staff. Description of the proposed concept Given the complexity of cranial and spinal neurosurgery interventions, it is necessary to equip the operating block with dedicated equipment that enables surgical procedures to be carried out under optimal conditions of safety, precision and efficiency. The use of high-performance dedicated systems helps optimize the entire operating flow, from patient positioning to surgical access and the performance of bony resection maneuvers. These equipment allow minimally traumatic interventions, with the protection of neurovascular structures, reducing operating time, facilitating the use of intraoperative imaging and rapid adaptation to the specific features of each procedure.
