TENDER DESCRIPTION

The minimum and maximum quantities to be purchased under the framework agreement are as follows: Small floor racks: min. 75 pcs - max. 750 pcs. The breakdown of quantities for each item within the lot is provided in the specifications document. The product quantities mentioned above are estimates; the actual quantities to be purchased will be established depending on the specific needs of the institution at the time of awarding the subsequent contracts and the budget credits allocated for this purpose. The estimated quantity to be purchased under a single subsequent contract for Lot 1: Small floor racks: min. 1 pc - max. 300 pcs. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract, determined based on the estimated quantities to be purchased, is EUR 98.280,00 excluding VAT. The contracting authority will clearly and fully respond to all requests for clarification up to the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, for clarifications received at least 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
