TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to purchase construction works consisting of current repairs of the constructions and the installations associated with them, for buildings consisting of the following main categories: • maintenance and upkeep works for installations and systems; • current repairs and major repairs; • consolidation works for the infrastructure and superstructure — in accordance with the Seismic Design Codes P100-1/2013 and P100-3/2019 for the seismic assessment of existing buildings; • thermal rehabilitation works — insulation of exterior and interior walls, insulation of basement/ceiling over basement, thermal-hydro insulation of terrace/roof; • replacement of exterior and interior joinery with thermally insulated glazing — PVC, aluminum with thermal bridge break, laminated wood, fire-resistant metal joinery; • modernization of electrical installations — including photovoltaic systems, fire detection and alarm systems, energy-efficient lighting installations; • modernization of plumbing installations — including solar thermal systems and interior hydrants; • modernization of thermal, gas and ventilation installations — including heat pumps and ventilation…
