TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within this procurement procedure, the contracting authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement, for a duration of 4 years, based on which subsequent contracts will be signed for services delegating the activities of sweeping, washing, sprinkling, and maintenance of public roads and services for cleaning and transporting snow from public roads and keeping them operational during icy or freezing conditions within the public sanitation service of the city of Negrești Oaș. The framework agreement subject to this award procedure will include the quantities of services as provided in the Annexes to the Specifications in the procurement documentation, necessary to be executed over the next 4 years. Detailed information regarding the quantities, the manner of service provision, as well as the functioning of the public services, are included in the Specifications and its Annexes, the Public Service Operating Regulations, Performance Indicators, documents that will be made available to bidders by the contracting authority within the procurement documentation.
