TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the procurement of mandatory third-party motor vehicle liability insurance services (RCA) for the vehicles in the fleet of the Romanian Court of Accounts in accordance with the annex to the specifications, by concluding a framework agreement. The contracting authority owns a fleet consisting of 151 vehicles, for which it intends to procure mandatory third-party motor vehicle liability insurance services (RCA). The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 24 months, and the maximum estimated number of RCA policies that can be issued over the entire duration of the framework agreement is 453 policies. The maximum estimated number of 453 policies was determined taking into account the possibility of concluding, during the framework agreement, several subsequent contracts for the vehicle fleet, namely two subsequent contracts each with a duration of up to 12 months, as well as the possibility of concluding one subsequent contract in the last month of validity of the framework agreement, in accordance with the provisions of art. 107 paragraphs (3) and (4) of the Annex to Government Decision no. 395/2016, the duration of which may exceed the…
