TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework agreement for "Repair and maintenance services of heating boilers and natural gas utilization installations at educational units, residential buildings, administrative headquarters and sports facilities in the Municipality of Arad in 2026", according to the requirements of the tender specifications and its annexes. The estimated value of the framework service agreement is between 2,000,000 RON excluding VAT and 4,363,636.36 RON excluding VAT. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests submitted within the term provided in section I.3 (20 days) eleven days before the final deadline set for the submission of tenders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 160 and 161 of Law 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions. Open online tender, concluding a framework agreement for four years. The frequency of concluding subsequent contracts is at least two subsequent contracts per year, depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority and approved budgetary funds.
