TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the procurement is the signing of a Framework Agreement, with a duration of 48 (forty-eight) months, calculated from the date it enters into force. Through this agreement, the terms, conditions, as well as the legal, financial, technical and administrative framework are established for the award of the subsequent contracts. The aim is to ensure, through the designated economic operators, the provision of supervision, site supervision management and SSM (occupational safety and health) assurance services under safe, efficient and timely conditions for five of the public investments carried out at the level of the PROJECT MANAGEMENT UNIT (PMU), within the MINISTRY OF CULTURE. The subsequent contracts that will be awarded during the execution of the Framework Agreement will have as their subject supervision services, site supervision management and SSM for the PMU projects, in compliance with the detailed descriptions in the present documentation. The Contracting Authority will select the subject of each subsequent contract depending on the nature and complexity of the investments, in order to respond legally and efficiently to the actual needs.
