TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the procurement consists in signing a Framework Agreement, with a duration of 48 (forty-eight) months, calculated from its effective date. This agreement sets the terms, conditions, as well as the legal, financial, technical, and administrative framework for awarding subsequent contracts. The purpose is to ensure, through the designated economic operators, the provision in safe, efficient, and prompt conditions of supervision services, site management, and OHS assurance for five of the public investments carried out at the level of the PROJECT MANAGEMENT UNIT (PMU), within the MINISTRY OF CULTURE. The subsequent contracts to be awarded during the implementation of the Framework Agreement will have as object supervision services, site management, and OHS for the PMU projects, respecting the detailed descriptions in this documentation. The Contracting Authority will select the object of each subsequent contract according to the specificity and complexity of the investments, to respond legally and efficiently to real needs.
