TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of electrical energy necessary to power the consumers within the 4 locations where the hospital operates: Place of consumption (Address) Voltage level str. Pompeiu Onofreiu no. 2-4 1xMT + 2xJT str. Gheorghe Baritiu no. 1-3 2xJT str. Transilvaniei no. 2-4 1xJT str. Stefan cel Mare no. 4 1xJT A framework agreement will be concluded for a duration of 12 months, to ensure the supply of the hospital's consumers for a period exceeding the annual budget. The estimated minimum and maximum quantity of the framework agreement / of the largest subsequent contract can be found in the Tender Specifications. Subsequent contracts will be concluded monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually, covering the consumption requirement per month, quarter, or semester, depending on the existing budget of the contracting authority at the time it is necessary to conclude them. The terms month, quarter, or semester refer to the period of 1, 3, or 6 months from the date of contract conclusion, not to the calendar month, quarter, or semester.
