TENDER DESCRIPTION

The supply of training ammunition intended to ensure the proper conduct of the training activities within the Special Operations Forces. The products detailed in Annex 1 to the specifications are necessary to provide the material base required for training the military personnel at an optimal level. In the event that a framework agreement is concluded: Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract expected to be awarded during the term of the framework agreement: 2,415,600.00 RON Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested during the entire term of the framework agreement – in accordance with Annex 3 to the specifications. Estimated biannual calendar The dates proposed in the estimated calendar represent the intention of the contracting authority/entity, and not a firm commitment on the part of the contracting authority/entity with regard to the award of the subsequent contracts, based on the working assumption that no unforeseeable events/circumstances will occur that could not be taken into account at the time of initiating the award procedure; respectively, the necessary financial resources will be ensured.
