TENDER DESCRIPTION
The procurement object includes repair and maintenance works for streets, roads, sidewalks and parking lots in Otopeni City. This documentation refers to a number of 146 streets, roads, sidewalks and parking lots which are to be repaired periodically (where applicable) following a repair framework agreement for a period of 24 months. The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement are provided in the DALI; The minimum and maximum quantities of the subsequent contracts are provided in the DALI; Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract: 3.841.953,50 RON excluding VAT Estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract: 1.013.535,00 RON excluding VAT Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: The quantities set out in the specifications are indicative and do not constitute a contractual obligation. These quantities have been estimated based on the average consumption from the previous years.
