TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework Agreement for 48 months with the object "Additives for asphalt mixtures: adhesion additive for road bitumen, additive for hot asphalt mixtures at low temperatures, polyethylene bags for packaging the storable mixture" - D.R.D.P. BUZĂU The materials used for manufacturing asphalt mixtures are: plain bitumen, crushed sand, quarry aggregates, filler and additives. The supply of additives is necessary for the manufacture of asphalt mixtures, for the in-house execution of current and periodic maintenance works on the carriageway of national roads and highways under the administration of D.R.D.P. Buzău. The additives for road bitumen ensure adhesion according to the current standards for bitumen type/class 50/70 or higher, providing a superior quality level for bituminous conglomerates and maintaining them in optimal conditions to offer comfort and safety conditions on highways, national roads, and bridges. Increased adhesion to bitumen means longer durability over time of the bituminous conglomerate and reduced costs for maintenance and repairs.
