TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the procurement is the award of a framework agreement for a duration of 48 months for the execution of periodic maintenance works on national roads within D.R.D.P. Bucharest – Asphalt surfacings, with the aim of ensuring the viability for carrying out road traffic under conditions of safety and comfort. Lot – SDN Ploiesti During the execution of the Framework Agreement, at least 2 subsequent contracts will be concluded per year. Estimated minimum and maximum quantities that could form the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the framework agreement period are provided in Annex no. 1.1 attached to the Specifications. Award procedure: framework agreement with a maximum of 3 economic operators, without resuming competition.
