TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the procurement is the award of a framework agreement for a duration of 48 months for carrying out periodic maintenance works on the national roads within D.R.D.P. Bucharest — Asphalt carpets, with the aim of ensuring the serviceability for the conduct of road traffic under conditions of safety and comfort. Lot – SDN Ploiești During the execution of the Framework Agreement, at least 2 specific (subsequent) contracts per year will be concluded. Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single specific (subsequent) contract among those to be awarded during the framework agreement period are provided in Annex No. 1.1 attached to the Specifications. Awarding method: framework agreement with a maximum of 3 economic operators, without re-opening competition.
