The acquisition of the Framework Agreement, for a period of 48 months – Supply and transport of quarry aggregates required for carrying out works aimed at improving the technical condition and the state of viability, fluidizing traffic and increasing traffic safety; Depending on the complexity of requests for clarification addressed by economic operators, for which the responses should be published at the first deadline indicated above, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to publish the responses to the respective clarifications within a maximum of 10 days until the submission of tenders. The deadlines for providing responses to clarifications have been set so that economic operators have an appropriate period to review the Award Documentation and, subsequently, to prepare their tenders in light of the responses provided by the Contracting Authority.
