TENDER DESCRIPTION
The products will be delivered in the quantities, with the characteristics and under the conditions requested in the Specifications. Delivery will be made using the supplier’s appropriate means of transport, to the centres under the authority of D.G.A.S.P.C. Vaslui, identified in Annex no. 1 to the specifications. The estimated period for carrying out the framework agreement is 12 months, calculated from the date of signing thereof. During the term of the framework agreement, 3 subsequent contracts will be concluded.
