TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the framework agreement consists in establishing the conditions that will govern the awarding of subsequent contracts having as their subject the provision of services for the drafting of the technical and economic documentation related to public investment objectives of the Municipality of Brașov, for a period of 48 months. Subsequent contracts will be awarded based on the actual needs of the contracting authority, the investment programme priorities and the availability of funding sources, without the signing of the framework agreement creating an obligation to purchase the maximum estimated quantities. The services shall, as applicable, include all design phases provided for by the legislation in force, the studies and expertise required, the documentation for obtaining opinions and agreements, the technical review of the designs, technical assistance on the part of the designer, and any other related services necessary for implementing the investments, as detailed in the Specification (Caietul de sarcini) and requested through each subsequent contract.
